Senior Digital Marketing Supervisor

The Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy across several brands to support Brand and commercial objectives
  • Differentiate ASANA 360 digital branding and market engagement capabilities.
  • Develop, execute and participate in acquisition, retention and referral campaigns to retain and attract more customers with online digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, WeChat etc.)
  • Plan and manage digital marketing strategies for websites, Remarking, PPC, SEM/SEO, social media channels to build brand, awareness, engagement and online booking
  • Plan, launch, test different digital marketing initiatives to achieve respective campaign performance target, i.e., traffic, engagement, lead volume and etc.
  • Lead Generation / Business Acquisition / Retention & Growth Sales
  • Innovatively grow member base through effective end-to-end, through-the-lines acquisition, retention and growth campaign
  • Drive email subscription, data collection and customer engagement programmes.
  • Liaise and strategize with internal sales channels, servicing divisions and external partners from conceptualizing to implementing impactful marketing initiatives to achieve mutual business goals
  • Oversee the testing implementation, tracking and reporting on of all digital media campaigns and partnerships
  • Manage the digital display media budget and booking of all digital media.
  • Work with the creative team and any external agencies to ensure high quality brand exposure

 

The Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce or any relevant disciplines;
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate with at least 5+ years of experience in driving the digital acquisition and retention of customers, preferably in a retail or luxury environment
  • A strong and diplomatic team player, able to work across multiple departments with differing objectives, whilst championing and delivering digital best practice
  • Passionate for digital and the ability to take the initiative and be proactive in encouraging and championing digital innovation across the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organised and efficient with strong planning capabilities
  • Ability to work to multiple, competing deadlines
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Supervisor
